Will  has  worked  since  1993  on  Internet  projects,  software,  telecommunications,  and  new  media.  Prior  to  co-founding  eKitabu  he  has  held  leadership  roles  in  product  development,  business  development,  marketing,  and  sales  for  pioneers  Netscape,  TimeWarner,  Openwave,  and  Cloudmark.\nIn  1990  he  taught  in  the  Cleveland  Public  Schools.\nHe  earned  an  MBA  from  MIT  where  he  was  a  Martin  Trust  Fellow  and  led  research  in  Central  Europe  for  the  MIT  Global  Benchmarking  Project.\nHe  studied  Philosophy  and  Mathematics  graduating  with  honors  from  St.  John
